One of the most memorable moments in Browns’ history occurred on October 24, 1993 as Eric Metcalf returned 2 punts for touchdowns against the hated Pittsburgh Steelers.
The first occurred early in the game: After taking the lead on a Vinny Testaverde to Michael Jackson pass, Eric Metcalf returned a punt for 91 yards to put the Browns up 14-0. As the game wore on, the Steelers battled back and found themselves with the lead late in the game (23-21). That was, of course, until they punted the ball to Metcalf again.
Final score: Browns 28, Steelers 23.
